Join us for a round of golf this homecoming on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 7:30 AM. This year’s tournament will be played at the River North Country Club, 293 River N Blvd, Macon, GA 31211.

Alumnus Dr. Vernard Hodges and Dr. Terrence Ferguson (owners of Critter Fixers and stars of the National Geographic series “Critter Fixers – Country Vets”) will be the Tournament Ambassadors. The early bird entry fee through September 23rd is $100 per player and $400 per team, which includes green fees, cart, prizes, and refreshments.

Beginning September 24th, the fee will increase to $125 per player and $500 per team. Check-in is at 7:30 AM and Shotgun Start is 8:30 AM. Sponsorship levels are also available.

ABOUT THE RIVER NORTH GOLF CLUB:

River North’s golf course opened in April of 1974, when Hall-of-Famer Gary Player was among the first foursome to play the inaugural round. The club is currently part owned by FVSU Alumnus, Dr. Vernard Hodges ’93. The Player-designed course routs through the River North community; through pine woodlands, meandering creeks, & six lakes with an abundance of wildlife. The undulating topography and tree-lined fairways offer a challenge to players of all skill-levels. River North hosts one of the most unique finishing holes in Middle Georgia - the signature island fairway – a true risk-reward hole to finish your round.
